Constantine is a village in St. Joseph County in the U.S. state of Michigan. The population was 2,076 at the 2010 census. The village is located within Constantine Township. As of the census[2] of 2010, there were 2,076 people, 728 households, and 522 families residing in the village. The population density was 1,289.4 inhabitants per square mile (497.8/km2). There were 829 housing units at an average density of 514.9 per square mile (198.8/km2). The racial makeup of the village was 91.5% White, 1.8% African American, 0.9% Native American, 0.5% Asian, 2.4% from other races, and 3.0% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 3.3% of the population.
